The Christian faith is alive and as vital to life today, as it was 2000 years ago in New Testament times. Emmanuel, as a church family, welcomes new families and students, as it aims to help discover this vitality and to teach and encourage more of what it means to start and live it out in our daily lives.

Sunday Services

Sunday 8:00am Early Bird (traditional communion service)

This is a “said” service from Common Worship in the traditional language of the Book of Common Prayer.

Sunday 10:30am (main service)
Our services aim to be lively and relevant to life, based upon teaching from the Bible. There is something for all the family with *special* classes and activities for those aged 14 and younger. If you’re a new family to the idea of church this is an excellent service to make a start with.

Note: Every 1st Sunday of the month this is the “all age worship” service. The whole church remain together for a family service lasting just under an hour.

Sunday 6:30pm (worship service)
Preaching, Praise, Prayer & Adoration. A less formal service with more time to reflect on God’s Word in the sermon, and through contemporary music, prayer, praise and other activity.

Note: The evening service includes communion on the 1st Sunday of the month when it is not celebrated at the 10:30am family service.

Note: Every second Sunday in the month, the evening service is “café style” with refreshments, teaching, and singing.
