10.30am Morning ServiceThe church at Corinth, like the modern church, was seeking to witness to the Gospel at a time when the surrounding culture was hostile to Christianity and characterised by immorality and excess. Inside the church community there were problems too, with different factions and some of immorality of the wider culture beginning to infiltrate the church. Into this difficult situation the Apostle Paul writes words of timeless advice and Godly counsel. road to the crossAt the approach of Easter, two familiar but rarely preached on stories from the Gospels: Jesus agonising in the Garden of Gethsemane and standing trial before Pontius Pilate. Here we learn about Jesus' humanity and divinity, His courage and His mission as we prepare to celebrate His passion and resurrection in Holy Week.
