LENT Course 2010.

Starting on Ash Wednesday (17th Feb), and running for six weeks (to 24th March), we will be following the Discipleship Explored Course. This will be held in the Emmanuel Annex, Oval room. One of the courses will be run on Wednesday afternoons between 1.30 and 3.00pm (by Rev Karl Freeman) and the other in the evnenings between 7.30 and 9.00pm (by Rev Simon Talbot). Just turn up, no need to book in!



Jonathan Veira In Concert.

Jonathan Veira is an internationally acclaimed bass baritone opera singer, performing with various companies including The Royal Opera House, Glyndebourne, English National Opera, Scottish Opera, Welsh National Opera and in the major opera houses in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Lyons, Lille, Geneva, Zurich, Strasbourg, Montpellier, Auckland…. to name but a few!

His performances in operatic comedy roles have thrilled audiences at home and abroad but JV sings much more than opera alone. This singer with a range as big as his heart and character has performed across the globe to great reviews both in opera and in his own one-man show.
